Page is not loading

If you are trying to enter New Jersey Lottery Collect N Win from the New Jersey Lottery website (NJLottery.com) and the page content in the tabs are not loading (just white screen or error), your connection to Collect N Win may have been interrupted.  Reload the browser page by clicking the reload button at the top of the browser window or on a Windows system, click Control + R or on a Mac Command + R.  You can also press F5 on your keyboard but may have to hold the Function key to enable the F keys.

Once the page reloads, the Collect N Win pages should load in the tab windows.

If you are using one of the mobile apps (NJ Lottery app or NJ Lottery Collect N Win app) and the pages are not loading, you may not be logged in properly. Log out of the app and log in again.
